Informed Consent for the Collection, Storage, and Processing of Personal Data

I hereby give my informed consent to Unnits Tech s.r.o., Company ID: 24180793, with registered office at Římská 20, 120 00 Prague 2, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 186196 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”), and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”), to the collection, storage, and processing of my personal data, in particular my name and surname, permanent residence address, contact details (telephone number and email address), or any other data provided in documents related to service inquiries or any other activity requiring contact details on the unnits.com server (collectively referred to as “Personal Data”).

I agree that additional personal data necessary for the purpose of processing may be added to my Personal Data if needed. I declare that all provided Personal Data is accurate and truthful. This Personal Data may be collected, stored, and processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling offers/orders and all related communication, as well as for maintaining a record of my person as a potential future customer. I acknowledge that the provision of such Personal Data is not mandatory and is entirely voluntary. I grant this consent for an indefinite period and understand that I may withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason, by sending written notice to the Company’s registered office address as listed in the Commercial Register, or by email to the contact email address published on the Company’s website, if such an address is provided. I agree that the provided Personal Data may be processed by the Company both automatically and manually by its own employees, or by other parties under contract, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

I have been informed that I have the right to know what Personal Data is being processed about me, for what purpose, and how it is being processed. If I discover or suspect that the Company is processing my Personal Data in a way that violates my privacy or is against the law—especially if the data is inaccurate for the purpose for which it is processed—I may request an explanation from the Company or demand that the situation be rectified. I have also been informed that I can request the deletion, update, or correction of my Personal Data, request access to the stored data, and if I have concerns about how my data is being handled, I may contact the Company or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
