What can you expect
- You will actively use our AI Coding Agent (codename CODAG) as a key part of your workflow.
- You will collaborate with the team on interesting client projects and be part of the entire development process from design to implementation.
- You will build and improve internal tools and platforms that make the whole team more effective.
- You will be part of projects from analysis through production deployment and follow-up support.
- You will actively bring your own ideas to improve processes and tools.
What do you need to know?
- This is not a typical programming role – we are looking for someone with programming experience who understands what sustainable and secure code should look like, but does not want to fall behind in the AI era and wants to use it fully.
- At least medior-level programming experience, ideally including PHP and the Laravel framework (an advantage, not a requirement).
- Basic overview of AI Coding Agents and motivation to actively use them – you will have room for that here.
- You can prepare clear and effective prompts for an AI Agent – you can explain exactly what you need.
- Communication – you can collaborate with the team and explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues and clients.
- Independence: you can make decisions without detailed instructions.
- Analytical thinking: you can break down a problem and propose a solution.
- Ownership and initiative: you do not wait for tasks, you actively move projects forward.
- Willingness to continuously learn and grow.
